PRESENTATION TO JOE STAMPER

On Friday 27th June the Club bad farewell and 'Bon Voyage' to Joe Stamper who was leaving shortly to live in Spain. To mark the occasion Chairman of the Board, Don Taylor and President Tony Slocombe paid tribute to the outstanding bowling contribution that Joe had made for the Club, both indoors for a number of years and latterly outdoors. President Tony presented Joe with an attractive carriage clock in recognition of his achievements and a supportive crowd of members gave a warm round applause before celebrating the occasion further with many liquid toasts. Joe, on his part, said how much he had enjoyed bowling for the Falcon and helping the Club to success and wished the Club all the very best for the future.
