“Growth and Development”

At the Falcon we have a strong, ever growing junior section that is going through a period of change and development. At present we have ten juniors and four under twenty-five, all of whom have been partaking in various competitions and friendlies against other clubs. Some very promising performances have been shown in these games. Currently we are in the process of increasing our numbers by forging partnerships with local schools and youth organisations.

Every Friday evening the juniors come together for a training session starting at 4:30pm and finishing at 6:45pm. Our dedicated team of coaches organise various training exercises and games ranging from competitive singles matches to the phantom bowler and Australian pairs.

If you’re interested in learning to play bowls, or know someone that might, get in contact with us and we will provide free coaching for any young person who wishes to take part.
