"On Thursday 14th March, BBC Essex Radio presented their mid-morning show by Ben Fryer at the Falcon, and we got lots of lovely publicity for our event and precious airtime. Interviews went out on air by some of the players, Bowls Indoor officials, and some of our own including Academy members Mollie and Noah, our own Sue and Geoff promoting the inclusiveness of the club, and just two of our hard-working volunteers, Di and Maureen. Other members and spectators were interviewed by the Social media crew and they should be available to view on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The live interviews will be available on BBC Sounds."
